HELLO LOVE, Our Darling reader! Welcome to our website juliansjulians.com & Julianswartz.com!

Compare the requirements and benefits of the Canadian express entry visa and its application with the Canadian nationality through the Adult adoption

The Express entry visa is for the people who want to immigrate to Canada and who are skilled immigrants, that means people who have skills in any professions and are qualified, educated who wants to permanently settle in Canada and choose Canada as their own country and serve Canada economically by working in Canada and by paying taxes. Whereas, adult adoption in Canada does not have any such educational qualifications or any skilled profession requirement. Anyone from any country is eligible to apply for the Canadian adult adoption and the adult adoption does not have a visa application at all. So you don’t have to submit any visa application either online or in person. Where in Express entry visa applications you need to submit online visa applications or sometimes even going to visa application centres such as VFS and wait in the long queues. And in adult adoption, you hire a family and adoption solicitor and the solicitor prepares the petitions and they themselves go to the family and adoption courts and submit your adoption petition. And those solicitors represent you so you don’t have to go anywhere to submit your adult adoption petition and to represent yourself.

The Canadian immigration department has created an online system for the Express Entry and that system manages and administers the visa applications for permanent residence applicants who should be skilled workers. And on the other hand side in the adult adoption, the applicants can have no education and no skills required and after completion of the adult adoption registration the applicant get the Canadian birth certificate, that means if a person holds the Canadian birth certificate means that person is a Canadian national and he or she is eligible to get the Canadian passport by applying one.

To find out if you are eligible to apply for the Express Entry visa application, the Canadian government says that there are two ways and one of them is asking questions about your nationality, age, language ability, family members, work experience, education and details of any job(employment) sponsorship offer you may have been offered in Canada by any organisation, institution or by any company or firm etc…and then based on those above requirements your visa application profile will be put in the pool of candidates for immigration and they say possibly but not guaranteed you might get an invite to apply to immigrate to Canada and whereas in the adult adoption the requirement is by simply providing your fingerprints scan copies and your passports or any identity card scan copy and apart from that you must be over eighteen years old to categorise you in the adult adoption process and the remaining requirements are needed from the adoptee parents and not from you, which are the adoptee parent must be 14 years older to you and they must have some kind of fixed assets on their name and they must add your name on their Wil Power(Power Of Attorney)(Wil Probate).

And through the adult adoption you do not need an invite to apply to immigrate to Canada because once the adoption is registered and even if you are outside of Canada still you receive your Canadian birth certificate and on that birth certificate basis, you are automatically eligible to apply for a new fresh Canadian passport. From the outside of Canada from the consulates and embassies and even from within Canada from any of the Canadian passport office.
And in the Second way of eligibility to find out if you are eligible to apply for the Express

Entry and in this section they have given the following three options, which are as follows:
1. Federal Skilled Worker Program
2. Federal Skilled Trades Program
3. Canadian Experience Class
And provinces and territories are allowed to recruit candidates from the Express Entry pool through Provincial Nominee Program and this option is offered to provinces and territories to meet the Canadian local labour market needs. Whereas in adult adoption once you have your birth certificate you are recognized as a Canadian national and you have all the equal benefits as the other Canadian nationals have.

And the details of the economic immigration programs are as follows:

1. Federal Skilled Worker program
In this program, the eligibility requirement is the applicant must have foreign work experience and this program has three main eligible requirements which are Skilled Work Experience, Language Ability, and education and then if you meet the all selection factors requirements then they will assess your visa applications on the basis of your age, education, work experience, if you have a valid job offer sponsorship, English and French language skills and your adaptability on the basis of whether how well you are likely to settle in Canada. And the above all selection factors are part of the 100 points grid they have set out in the Federal Skilled Worker Program and You need to score 67 points to pass on the following six selection factors of age, education, work experience, language Ability, and on your ability to settle in Canada.

Detail information on how the Canadian Immigration uses the selection factor points for the Federal Skilled Worker Program and it is based on once you are in the Express Entry pool, then they use the different system to rank your profile which is called Comprehensive Ranking System(CRS) tool. And this CRS tool will calculate your points score on the basis of how and what you give answers in your Skills, education, language ability, work experience, and other factors such as your adaptability to settle in Canada. And you can use this CRS tool to assess your profile if you meet at least one of the given Express Entry program eligibility factors.

The minimum requirements for the Skilled Work Experience factor are as follows
• You must have work experience in one of the National Occupational Classification(NOC) job groups, given by the Canadian Immigration department that includes the Managerial level jobs(Skill type 0), professional jobs(Skill level A), Technical jobs, and skilled trades(Skill level B)

Your working hours could be more than or less than 15 hours per week as long as your working hours add up to 1560 total. And another criterion is that if you have worked more than 30 hours per week it will not add to the 1560 hours requirement.

If you were a student and if you have worked during you were a student then your work experience and hours may count towards your minimum requirement if you were supposed to be paid in wages or in commissions. And your work was on a continuous basis. And must meet the Managerial jobs(skill type 0), professional jobs(skill level A), Technical jobs, and skilled trades(skill level B).

And you must have a valid job offer from an employer in Canada.

And you must be admissible to Canada.

And you must plan to live out of Quebec because Quebec has its own system of selecting skilled workers.

Whereas if you get adult adoption registration and when you have your birth certificate and your Canadian passport then you do not need to meet any of the requirements given for Express Entry and you are also free to relocate and move anywhere in Canada. You can search and do any type of job you like or do business or study or have a private life do whatever you want.
